Booking time
You booking starts and ends at the agreed times. If the booking schedule allows, you can continue your session at an hourly rate of €100, charged in 1 hour units.
Cleaning
Please clean up the studio when you are finished to the same state in which you first found it. Please load the dishwasher (no need to turn it on) and put your trash in the bins. Cleaning fee of €200 will be applied if deemed necessary.
Damage and wear & tear
The renter is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of damage to the studio and equipment due to irresponsible use, for example: dropping and breaking flash units.
Floor condition
The studio floors and walls are rented as is. If you need a fresh coat of paint we can do so for €200. We require 72 hours notice for this.
Smoking
Studio Suvilahti is a no-smoking environment. If you wish to smoke, please step outdoors. A smoke machine is available on request if you need smoke indoors.
